Site Basics

Please follow the instructions below to complete your family profile, be included in our digital directory and join our PTA so you can help fund our valuable programs. With a paid PTA membership you can also access the digital directory from your computer, smartphone or tablet.

  1. Once logged in to the hamiltonavenuepta.membershiptoolkit.com site go to My Account at the top of the tool bar
  2. Then go to Forms & Payment under My Account
  3. Click on the Family Information form to update your personal and family information
  4. Click on the HAS PTA Membership & Donation form to pay membership dues and activate your access to the Directory.

Who has access to my contact information? 

Only paid members of the Hamilton Avenue PTA will have access to the online directory of parents and students.

 

Can I choose which information I wish to publish? 

Yes! You can choose exactly what information you would like other Hamilton Avenue School paid PTA members to see.

 

Is my contact information secure?

Membership Toolkit (the website provider) makes every effort to ensure that your information is kept private. They do not share our information with any other parties or use it for their marketing purposes. 

 

Is there an app?

Although the site will work from mobile browsers, a FREE Membership Toolkit app is available from iTunes and the Android store for quick access to your directory from your phone or tablet. The app will only work/link to the Ham Ave Directory once you create an account using the steps above.

 

Will I receive a printed directory? 

No printed directories will be supplied this year as we have moved to a fully digital directory which is accessible from anywhere!

 

Can I update my contact information at any time?

Yes, we encourage you to keep your information up to date. Please also make sure to report any changes to the main office. 

 

Will I have to re-enter my information next year?

No, we will send you an email asking you to update your information. All you have to do is approve your profile and purchase membership and you are all set. We will even move your kids up a grade before the start of school. 

 

What if I don't know my child's teacher yet?

Leave the teacher selection blank and we will enter teacher information once the class lists are released.

 

Our family has two households, should we create separate accounts? 

Yes. Please create a separate account so you can have separate transactions on the site.

 

Will I immediately have access to the directory after I pay for membership?

Yes, you will have immediate access once you pay membership dues.

 

If I purchase multiple memberships, do I get to vote multiple times in PTA elections?

No, PTA votes are limited to 1 vote per paid member.

 

What else should I use Membership Toolkit for?

Initially, the Membership Toolkit site for Hamilton Avenue has been launched to enable the online directory and collection of PTA dues through online purchases. Over the next few weeks, the site will be extended to offer online signups and management of PTA event volunteering and spirit wear purchasing through a digital storefront.

 

Can I change the language options on the site?

Yes, from a desktop you can update the language on the home page in the upper left hand corner there is a drop down to allow for these changes.
